- Employees that must undergo local, state, federal and level 2 background checks and drug screenings before being hired
- Memory Care staff certified in Alzheimer’s disease and Related Disorders (ADRD), Level 1 and Level 2
- Continuing education classes for staff members
- Routine health and wellness assessments
- Emergency call system responder on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
