We moved my father-in-law from assisted living at another facility to memory care at Grand Oaks Palm City. This is a small memory care unit. The staff is very professional, caring and attentive to his needs. The facility is less than 2 years old and beautiful inside. The licensing level is higher than other memory care facilities in our area. We are very pleased.
