Debbie was born and raised in Pennsylvania, but moved to Florida 23 years ago. Debbie has worked with the Visiting Nurse Association of Florida for the past 18 years and has worn many different hats within the organization. For the last three years, she has been the human resource manager for both Grand Oaks of Jensen Beach and Grand Oaks of Palm City.

In addition to working at Grand Oaks, Debbie also serves as the administrative officer for the National Disaster Medical System for Health and Human Services. When she’s not working, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
